CHARLES’ STORY
Charles and Martha grew up in a small town in eastern NC centered around sports, especially football. Charles was the football hero, and Martha was voted most likely to succeed. During his high school years, Charles was blessed to have a football coach who believed in him and became a father figure. His coach guided and helped him make life choices toward the career he most dreamed about: becoming a football coach and teacher. It was through this guidance and strong determination that Charles won a football scholarship.

Charles and Martha married and started a family. Charles realized his dream of becoming a coach and a teacher while Martha taught and attended grad school. Charles was successful as a coach but the hours and time away from his wife and young daughter made him ask, "Is there something better?". Both he and Martha longed for a life centered on their values: financial flexibility, more time with family, and service to others.
Fast forward to today, Charles and Martha achieved their goals and have established a community of leaders focused on discovering their purpose while building a legacy of financial, social, and emotional wellness for their families. Charles' gift for connecting and teaching others, coupled with Martha's ability to uplift and encourage, make them a positive and powerful influence for those they take under their wing. Thanks to the wisdom and experiences of Charles and Martha, thousands of individuals and families have equipped themselves with the skills necessary to customize and own their life.
